The Delaney-Thinkwell Community of Practice (CoP) is made up of people who have completed community and stakeholder engagement training with Delaney and Associates Inc. These course alumni stay connected online, through a password-protected web portal, in order to continue their learning by sharing best practices and lessons learned.
The online CoP includes a 24/7 asynchronous discussion forum, where members can post comments or questions, or even ask for help from other members to solve design, facilitation, logistical or strategic problems. It also includes an online reference library and member profile listing.
The CoP also features four free 60-minute webinars and three one-week-long discussion forums, on topics members suggest. There is also a mentorship program, where members sign up to work with other members to provide one-on-one coaching and support. Members contribute to the community knowledge base through a program called Members Advantage.
