The Details

Courses begin at 08:00 with a continental breakfast. Classes begin at 08:30 and end at16:30. There are 20-minute breaks in the morning and afternoon and a one-hour lunch break. Lunches are not provided. All course materials are provided.

Our Approach

Our approach to training is built around a learning community. We usecase studies from participants and bring their policies, procedures andmanagement realities into the classroom.  We also build community. Youwill take part in an engaging and energetic program, or single course,with lots of time to exchange lessons learned and best practices.  Weknow that learning is developmental, and we build for success. We useweb-based tools, two weeks before the program, to engage participants,identify issues and interests to be addressed in the classroom, andprovide advance organizers. Participants join in pre-course discussionsin our virtual classroom and benefit from the on-line library andon-going alumni forum. Participants also have access to follow-upcoaching and mentoring.
