‘12 Days’ Blog Series: Principles of Engagement

December 8, 2016/in Engagement Planning/by admin

The holidays are here again, and so is the D+A 12 Days of Christmas blog series, full of engagement tips, tricks and learnings. We hope you’ll think of this as a Christmas card, or stocking stuffer, from us to you. And you don’t even have to wait until Christmas to start using it!

We’re really excited to share the 2016 ’12 Days’ series with you, because it’s based on more than 20 years of wisdom, and a recent engagement we undertook with the Delaney + Associates team. What began as Jenn’s (D+A Engagement Specialist) idea to write a blog full of “Rick-isms” – catchphrases that President Richard Delaney has honed over the years – turned into a collaborative project and exciting new tool.

After a couple of months of collective brainstorming, consultation, refining and input, we’re ready to unveil the Delaney Company Creed.

Think of it as our Top 10 Tips for Authentic Engagement, or 10 Principles of Effective Engagement.

Follow along with the series to find out more about each principle, and read examples of them in action.
