This nine-hour online, trainer-facilitated course supports project managers, program leads, and those working in quality improvement to develop meaningful measures for engagement and a practical evaluation framework that demonstrates how engagement supports better decisions.

There is no pre-requisite, though a working knowledge of engagement concepts and practices – notably setting basic engagement and communications objectives –  is expected.  This course will be of most benefit to developing or advanced engagement professionals.
