Training

Our training team takes pride in providing great customer service and creating dynamic learning environments, while skillfully sharing our knowledge and expertise.

Whether you participate in a Delaney + Associates customized course, or our International Association for Public Participation (IAP2)-licensed training, you’re guaranteed to work with dedicated, talented trainers. We start by getting to know you and work hard to ensure your learning goals and objectives are met.

Training resources are scarce – and time away from work precious. We understand that, and make sure you leave with the type of knowledge, tools and skills you can use on the job right away.

Please contact Valerie at 613-837-5890 to talk about your training needs.

Facilitating Engagement Workshop

iap2 Decision Makers

The seminar is an effective platform for discussing organizational goals and strategies relating to community and stakeholder engagement and helps decision makers get the best value from a public participation process. The seminar looks at the foundations of authentic engagement from a decision maker’s point of view and offers a perspective on how public participation can be integrated into the overall project plan.
