General Purpose

Provide professional and personal support and assistance to company executive

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive’s schedule, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
  • Support invoicing and other financial duties, including managing expense claims and expense receipts
  • Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications
  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Schedule, track, and conduct interviews and other research activities
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Coordinate and arrange event logistics for events across Canada
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels
  • Interact with external clients
  • Assist with the coordination of project-based work

Education and Experience

3-5 years experience providing support at a senior manager, in a fast-paced, always changing environment. Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and Excel college certificate or university degree an asset.

Compensation is based on experience. Group health plan.
