Turning Over a New Leaf on Engagement

What’s in a Name?

You might notice that we are now Engage Delaney. This new name builds on over 26 years of engagement experience and recognizes the past, and is an exciting nod to the future. After more than a decade in the family business, Principal Jessica Delaney is now CEO. With the same commitment to planning, implementing, and reporting on meaningful engagement, Engage Delaney will be transforming and building on the legacy built by her parents and contributed to by the many clients and projects, staff, and partners who we have worked with over the decades. On the horizon will be a revamped website, a new organizational coaching service, and expanding our training offerings.

You might also notice that our focus now intentionally includes change. In looking at the projects we support and the training participants we connect with, we recognize that much of our work focuses on supporting change. We want to be part of change that is for the better: better housing options, better health care, better climate action, better policy, and for us, better always includes engaging those who are going to live with the outcomes of the change.

It is often said that change is the only constant. At Engage Delaney our name has changed, and our commitment to meaningful and authentic engagement is constant. Here’s to the next 25 years!
