Fall 2022 Training Update

by Brenda Kortekaas, Specialist, Training + Development

It is hard for me to believe we are already in the month of September. Summer – my happiest time of the year – seems to go by too quickly! Here at Delaney, we are getting ready for another busy fall training schedule.

As I look back on the spring training and look forward to the fall training, I can’t help but reflect on the word “trust”. The word trust is defined as a “firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something – relationships have to be built on trust”.

We see from our post-course participant evaluations that there is much trust and confidence in the training team at Delaney. We are very happy when a participant tells us they found the training well worth their time. We understand how precious everyone’s time is as we all try to maintain a healthy work/life balance. The evaluations also show us that participants trust Delaney to deliver what they need in the virtual training setting. There are challenges, for sure – technology, learning styles, and life events – but our trainers always do their best to work through any issues participants bring forward.

Every team needs to have tried and true workflow processes and solid trust in each team member to get the job done. Here at Delaney, the team has been working together for a long time.  We depend on each other to make sure every step of the participant’s journey with us leads to a great learning experience. Some of our processes include initial welcomes, invoices, training materials, follow-up welcomes, zoom links, surveys, the actual training, links, videos, evaluations, follow-up emails and certificates. These are all part of the learner’s journey with Delaney. It is a process that has been built on experience and reliability – and trust in each other as a team!

We are proud of our training and would like to thank all our participants for recommending us to their colleagues. 80%+ of our registrations come from a recommendation from a colleague!

If you would like to join Delaney for any training this fall/winter, please check out our training schedule for our upcoming Delaney and iap2 training.

Feel free to contact any of us at anytime. We are always happy to answer any questions that you may have. I trust you find us helpful!
